RileyBird and Penny // Love Shoes

This little slideshow chronicles my venture into breeding my parrotlets. These pictures take place over about 8 weeks. Penny & Riley first layed their first egg.  Penny layed about 4 eggs, with 3 of them coming to full term!  This was their first clutch and they did a marvelous job!

• The 3 eggs took about 21 days on the dot to hatch.
• The First egg hatched May 21st [Female]
• The Second egg hatched May 23rd [Female]
• The Third egg hatched May 27th [Male]
• They spend about 3-4 weeks inside the nest before I started to see their little heads point out of the nest box taking a look around.
• At about 6 weeks they were eating on their own although they would still beg Riley and Penny to feed them
